The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, completely separate his and her full bathrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. The third bedroom has one full-sized bed, one twin bed and one slide-out twin trundle bed. The living room has a sleeper couch. The den and all bedrooms have Smart TVs.

THIS HOUSE IS NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY AS SOME DOORWAYS DO NOT ALLOW WHEELCHAIR ACCESS.

This is a NON-SMOKING house and you must be at least 25 to rent the home.

VERY DANGEROUS FOR YOUNG CHILDREN AND THOSE WHO CAN'T SWIM ON THEIR OWN. There is nothing to block someone from entering the pool once they're outside the sliding glass doors or pool bathroom.

RENTER REQUIREMENTS: For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental are considered to be the Guest's invitees, and all discussion regarding reservation, cancellation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest's invitees. The Guest understands that the owner rents to responsible adults over the age of 25 ONLY.
